Shipping Policy

Handling

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

External factors, such as traffic, can affect delivery windows. They’re not guaranteed and may be subject to change. Deliveries can arrive before or after estimated windows.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping. United States Only.

How Do I Check The Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please track your order here, on your Account Dashboard or  contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

We accept returns up to30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount plus the shipping costs for the return. Please read our Refund and Return Policy for further details.
